AUDIENCE FEEDBACK

I attended the Saturday afternoon performance with my husband, daughter and son-in-law and I can say on behalf of all of us that it was truly a professional performance.  The music, dance, props and of course...the performers were absolutely fabulous in every sense.  I must admit I am partial  to little Anne ...I loved her feisty little character (although she did make me cry too) she did the red hair and freckles image proud....and of course her singing was beautiful. Good luck to you in the future little Anne (aka "Jacqueline") and to all the performers, musicians, technicians and set designers congratulations on a job very well done!!

The play was just breathtaking. It sure was worth the trip 10 x over.

We had the pleasure of seeing the Saturday afternoon performance and we laughed, cried and loved every minute of it.  You have done a wonderful job of bringing “Anne” to life.  The acting, singing, music and stage effects were great.  Keep up the good work.  We look forward to seeing other performances put on by you in the future.

I was at the Saturday evening show, and I have to say I left that evening a very happy viewer! I have been in either the chorus or the costume room for some plays with the Operatic Society, so "Anne of Green Gables" was the first Operatic Society show I have seen since "My Fair Lady". I wasn't sure what to expect, because lots of the cast were new faces, but I was very impressed! Everything was excellent, as I've come to expect from the Operatic Society. Chris Coyea really did make the play, for me anyways. Matthew is one of my favourite characters ever, and he made Matthew seem very loveable, but you also felt some bit of pity for him whenever he couldn't quite get the words out. I can't even begin to describe how great his last song, "Anne of Green Gables", was. I doubt there was a dry eye in the audience. The cast and crew should feel very proud of themselves, the show was a complete success!

Well I would just like to say Congrats to Jackie, Mark, Chris, Muv, Anwyn and Ashley for being such awesome head roles, you guys are the best and you made this production what it was....Everyone else was awesome too, I became close to almost everyone and loved every minute working with Mary the choreographer, Paul and Wayne...  Basically what I'm trying to get out is that I love performing on stage and all of you make it worth the long days and 5 months of hardship, I LOVE YOU ALL! hope to work with all of you again!
~ Brandon O'Toole (Cast Member: Joe Murray)

I attended the Saturday, February 26, 7:30 p.m. showing.  Even though I probably am slightly biased as my daughter played the role of "Anne", I must say that the entire performance was incredible!  From the set, to the props, to the costumes and definitely the talent!  I thoroughly enjoyed myself and many of my friends and relatives (from as far away as Nova Scotia) that attended various shows over the weekend felt overwhelmed by the professionalism and level of talent shown during the production.  Thank you for a truly amazing evening!
